We’re delighted to host your celebrations and gatherings. To help us create the best experience for you and your guests, please review the following details for group bookings:

Dietary Requirements & Allergens

Please provide all dietary requirements and allergen information at least 48 hours before your booking so our team can prepare dishes safely and thoughtfully.

Guest Numbers & Changes

We prepare and charge based on the number of guests booked.
If your party size changes, please let us know within 24 hours by emailing info@kallosmcr.com
We’ll do our best to accommodate extra diners, but availability depends on table size and restaurant capacity.

Cancellations

We kindly request at least 72 hours’ notice for cancellations by emailing info@kallosmcr.com
For cancellations with less than 72 hours’ notice, a £25 per person charge applies.

Deposits & Pre-Orders

For large groups, we request a deposit and a pre-order to ensure a smooth dining experience.

Celebrations & Special Touches

We’d love to help you celebrate! If you’re marking a special occasion, let us know in advance - we can arrange custom menus, wine pairings, or special decorations upon request.
